Chase Phelps- Human Performance: The integration of tech and analytics.

As a Human Performance Advisor, my job is to oversee and ensure the overall effectiveness and integration of sports medicine, strength and conditioning, performance nutrition, and cognitive performance programs in coordination with the unique needs of the individual. Some of my responsibilities include developing policy recommendations, managing research projects, and leading an interdisciplinary staff of performance professionals across multiple geographic locations.

With over 15 years of experience in the human and sport performance field, I have a forward-thinking approach to the integration of performance technology and analytics, with the sole focus of increasing performance effectiveness and return to duty outcomes.

I am passionate about supporting athletic and occupational pursuits through a holistic and integrative approach to performance. I have a PhD in Human and Sport Performance, and I have worked within various entities to include Division 1 athletic departments, where I planned and developed a first of its kind Sport Science Program. I am driven and detail oriented, with a clear vision for how to guide, support, and lead an elite level performance program.
