Joined Wake Forest in November 2018 and serves as the Director of Sports Performance for Women’s Basketball.

Prior to Wake, she spent 2017 and 2018 as the associate head strength and conditioning coach at Winthrop University. During her time at Winthrop she worked with the women’s basketball, women’s tennis, women’s lacrosse, men’s golf and cross-country teams.

She went to Winthrop after two seasons as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Lenoir-Rhyne. While earning a master’s degree in sports and exercise, Ready worked with nine programs on campus.

Ready's first position in Strength and Conditioning started at Queens University in 2015-2016 as an Assistant S&C coach. She also completed her undergraduate degree from Queen's University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in sports and exercise and was also a member of the Women's Lacrosse team.
